You play as a wealthy renaissance merchant that holds ownership in some mines and transportation. You must leverage these assets to grow and help you curry the favor of the nobility. You'll need to create some pretty fantastic jewelry and become well known in the powerful circles to achieve your ends. 

Notoriety and prestige is the goal in Splendor, and it's a fun strategy game. Step into the world of a gem merchant and try your hand at resource domination. Super cool.
